IRB vs Pos Office

Haizzz….. don’t know which party missing up
my Form E for Y/A 2005.
Last Friday (14/11/2008) I’ve received a letter from
IRB said that my company didn’t submitted the Form E on the
time given (which must submit on or before 31/03/2006).

Very lucky is I’m posted it out by A/R register, and proved that
I’ve sent it on 25/02/2006.
(If i direct post it by normal post then waiting to pay for
the penalty lahhh.... b'cos no proved .......)

The pos office is allowed us to do claim or make any request within
6 months from the date we posted…… but now already Nov’ 2008
……

On the same day, I'm brought all my photocopies documents and
Original A/R register receipt to IRB
and shown those proved to the income tax officer,
after viewed she wanted me to write in.
Well, then I come back to office to do it and went back again to IRB ……
The same officer told me need to wait for their
reply whether they accepted my appeal
or not…..

I said : I got proved that I’ve already done my job,
then still need to wait for your approval……
Officer : Yes, have to wait, if not approved will penalty RM 200.00
I said : Whattt…… I afraid that the form I posted will lose so that
I use A/R register, now already 2 years plus,
how i'm going to check with Pos Office?
I was felt very unfair of the officer said so.....
I don’t know what happened to these two parties
(IRB and Pos Office) which party lose my form?
What I know is we are a victim for it…… unfair …….and penalty yet to know……

Well, now I just wait for them to reply……, if they wanted to penalty to my company,
then I’ll lodged the complains to other parties….. because we got proved…...
can't simply said penalty, penalty, penalty........ hate to hearing so.....
